1. Return & Exchange Guidelines
If you receive a damaged product, it must be **unused** and the issue must be **non–human caused** (e.g., not due to improper handling).
Please contact our customer service **on the same day you receive the item** and provide the following information:
- Name
- Order Number
- Contact Number
- Product Name
- Description of the issue and clear photos** (including the outer packaging)
Please keep the original packaging (including the outer box) intact.
Returns or exchanges cannot be processed if packaging is incomplete.
Once our customer service team receives your request, we will assist you with the return or exchange process.
We are unable to accept returns or exchanges under the following circumstances:
The product has been opened, used, or damaged due to human factors such as stains, malfunction, breakage, wear, scratches, or dirt.
Packaging is incomplete, damaged, or missing accessories, documents, or receipts.
Malicious or excessive return behavior.
